The Zoo

We had passes to the Zoo that expired on Saturday and thankfully it was a beautiful day so we took advantage of it and headed out. Casey had a great time looking at all the animals.




And she had an even better time at the petting zoo.

Dying Easter Eggs

We didn't get a chance to dye Easter eggs until this morning (Easter) but I am so glad we did because Casey had a blast...and there were no big accidents just a few minor cracks.

Casey's New Ride

Paul has wanted to take Casey out on his bike since she was born I think and with the weather warming up it seemed like the perfect time to get her a bike seat. Thanks to Craig's List we found a good deal on a slightly used one and Casey loved every minute of it.

Sunday Gardening

Sunday Casey helped Grampa plant flowers, she had a lot of fun and didn't get quite as dirty as I expected.

16 months

Casey is growing and growing, I feel like she gets bigger by the day. At 16 months she has become very talkative although I have no idea what she is she saying. She definitely understands what I am saying which is fun to see. She now says mom on regular basis however it is usually when she is crying, not exactly what I was hoping for. She continues to love the outdoors and keeps herself very busy finding things, rearranging, digging in the dirt, talking to plants. She is also my social butterfly if we go to the beach she has no problem going right up to strangers to check out what they are doing and charming them with her cuteness.

Casey loves gardening and by gardening I mean taking handfuls of dirt out of the potted plants and throwing them on the ground.
