To think a year ago I was in the hospital meeting my daughter for the first time. This year has been so wonderful watching my baby grow and learn. I swear she gets cuter everyday and never stops surprising me with new things. Paul and I call her our little Bam-Bam because she is a bit reckless running into walls, throwing things, and smashing things on the ground. She is also our little comedian anytime she makes us laugh she will continue to do what she is doing to get more chuckles, she has some crazy faces that get a laugh from me every time. This past month she has started standing more by herself and taking a few steps at a time. Two molars popped out this month, a top and bottom on the left side...I knew the bottom was coming in but the top was a complete surprise and by the way she is chewing on things I think she is getting two more on the other side. She dances anytime music comes on and it is beyond cute I have tried to get in on video however as soon as I pull out the camera she rushes to me to try and take it out of my hands.
Casey birthday started the night before her actual birthday getting her present from Paul and me so that Paul could put it together and we could play with it in the morning. We gave her a push car which she loves (I think mostly because she gets to be outside).
Then Cheyne came over after school on her actual birthday to give her another present. Casey likes ripping wrapping paper. Cheyne gave her a tickle me Elmo which Casey loves but it is hard to tell if she loves the doll or the box more.
And then the cake...well I am saving the cake for her birthday party on Saturday, we are having a small family get together for her so instead we did a pumpkin roll. I did the pumpkin roll because my mom brought pumpkin rolls into the hospital when I was in labor and gave them to the nurses so they would like us the best:) I love my little Caseykins, I can't imagine my life without her. Happy Birthday big girl!
